ReturnsCustomers within Norway according to Norwegian Law have full return right within 14 days after receiving the items, given that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all garment tags and labels included and still intact with your return.For customers outside Norway the same right applies.Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.Please contact us by email at email@example.com before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address, order number and reason for return. We will send you the return address and further instructions via email.Please note original and return postage are not refundable. Please ensure any returned products are packaged well before sending as we are not liable for damage that can occur during transit. We also advise recordable delivery as we are not responsible for items going missing in the post. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will refund the same debit, credit card or PayPal account that you used to pay for your goods.
