Mexican Huarache Sandals

Huaraches are a crude form of sandals. Huarache has to be handmade and with natural leather materials. The typical huarache is made of a tire sole, and made with hand-woven braided leather straps, and it normally looks like a traditional leather semi-closed shoe. Mexican Box present you Huaraches from Michoacan, Chiapas and Guerrero.

The word huarache comes from the word Kuarache in Tarasco; an indigenous dialect spoken by the Purepechas in the state of Michoacan.
